SCIENCE QUIZ COMPETITION The ECOWAS Volunteer science teacher posted to Kiodu Girls Secondary School, Kiodu city in Kono province organized a science quiz competition for students in SS2 and SS3. The quiz competition was aimed at promoting and enhancing the understanding of science concepts among the students. The students were excited about the competition and prepared extensively for it.
The competition was challenging, as the students had to answer ten open-ended questions from various science subjects comprising; Chemistry, Physics and Biology as well as Mathematics and English inclusive.
The final round was a thrilling experience as the students had to answer some selected questions from the core science subjects. The questions were tough and challenging, but the students showed excellent knowledge and understanding of the concepts.
At the end of the competition, the ss2 science students emerged as the winners,and the best student was awarded.Everyone was so excited with the organization of the quiz
